Chapel St Belper DE56 1AR
Originally built mid to late 19th century this building was part of George Brettle’s hosiery mill. Orangery’s were fashionable and transformed from hot houses where citrus fruits & exotic plants were grown to beautiful places where people would host gatherings & parties to eat, drink & spend time with friends & family…..sounds like a plan!
This lovely building, which has arched metal framed windows & interior curved brick walls, is now our second Bookcafe. We offer our usual breakfast and lunch along with our usual scrumptious drinks & homemade cakes. You can also hire out The Orangery for your special party or event.
Ooh & we’ve got a 24 space car park!

21 cornmarket Derby DE11GH
Originally built as a Victorian Banking Hall in 1869 this grand building was always used as a bank until the closure of Woolwich in 2005. Left empty for several years in a struggling area of Derby we had the opportunity to bring this beautiful building back to life, initially on the ground floor only. Ten years later we now have the whole building, spooky basement included, & open 7 days a week with private hire of the venue either upstairs or down available on weekend evenings.
